90-Day Guarantee

At Lumera, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Guarantee under the terms outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date
  • Requests made after 90 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are limited to first-time buyers.

Remember: Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 90-day window from the confirmed delivery date. We also do NOT cover return shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted outside of the 90-day guarantee period
  • Refund requests before the product has arrived

No exceptions are made beyond the 90-day guarantee.


Eligibility For Free Replacement / Exchange

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a free replacement for:

  • Missing items or incorrect orders.
  • Items damaged during transit (photo/video proof required).

 

Subscriptions

  • If your order includes a subscription, it is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 90-day guarantee period.
  • Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription prior to renewal, and failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

Refund Process & Timelines

  • Timeline: Once a refund is processed (whether partial or full), you will see it in your account within 5-8 business days.
  • Chargeback Policy: If you do decide to chargeback for whatever reason, we will submit evidence towards our side of the claim. We can handle this through email amicably to avoid it coming to a chargeback situation.
