Q: What is the timing requirement for modifications?
All subscription modifications (including cancellations) must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next scheduled shipment.
If your request is received less than 3 business days before your next shipment:
• Your upcoming order will process and ship as scheduled
• Your requested changes will take effect after that shipment
This timing requirement exists because orders enter our fulfillment queue several days before shipping and cannot be stopped once processing begins.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please review the following policies carefully:
